Virtual Summer Camp

We have made the difficult decision to keep Summer Camp virtual at Myrtleville House for the summer of 2021. Our priority at the Museum has always been the health and safety of the campers, volunteers, and staff.

Myrtleville House will be offering a similar virtual summer camp to the 2020 season, however, in addition to our daily videos, our summer program will now offer weekly packets available for registration and pick-up. These packets will include the craft supplies needed for the themed week, activity pages, and an info booklet on each day’s craft and theme.

Each packet will be available for pick-up the week before its scheduled videos. Registrations for packets will open March 29 with 25 packets available per week. Packets will cost $75.00 per child for the five days of the week.

In addition to the eight full weeks of virtual camp, Myrtleville is planning a Farm-To-Home week from August 3-6. During this week, families can book an hour session at the museum and participate in a number of settler demonstrations such as spinning wool, grinding flour, and making apple cider. These sessions are available at $25 per family.
