“The Bold and the Beautiful: Brantford’s Architecture from the 19th to the Mid-20th Century” – Cindy MacDonald, Past Chair of the City of Brantford Heritage Committee

One hundred years of architectural history will be presented, with emphasis on the architects who created some of Brantford’s most iconic cityscapes. Brantford’s best and boldest buildings will be contemplated, as well as a visual record of some of the City’s lost masterpieces. The presentation will include: the success stories of re-purposed buildings; Brantford’s political will to preserve and rehabilitate the architectural heritage; and, what should be our concerns moving forward.
