The day will begin at 9 AM at the Brant Museum & Archives and travel by bus to view the archives of the Paris Museum & Historical Society. Next it’s on to Penmarvian for a tour of this re-purposed mansion. The bus will take participants on to the Asa Wolverton House for lunch and a tour of this restoration plantation house. The group will tour the Arlington Hotel for a behind the scenes look at this business restoration. Once again this year, there will be a “mystery stop.” The day will end about 4 PM back at the Brant Museum & Archives for a chance to explore the museum galleries and have a refreshment break.
The event is limited to 30 people and is geared to those 16 years and older. The cost for the day – including lunch and travel – is $45.00 for BHS Members and $55.00 for non-members.
To book your tour, call the Brant Museum and Archives at (519) 752-2483 or come to the museum in person at 57 Charlotte St. in Brantford.
Space is limited so book early!
