Walking Tour Wednesdays: Canal Walk

Brantford’s early development was intricately linked to the Canal.  It’s availability of waterpower attracted manufacturers, while the canal provided a means of getting their products to market.  From its inception in 1835, it had numerous challenges and obstacles.  Donations to the Brant Historical Society will be taken prior to the start of the walk.
